Situated centrally along the northern coast of Wales, Colwyn Bay is a small town beside the sea in North Wales. Hosting a population of some 25,000 its main industry includes tourism, farming and light engineering. This year Colwyn Bay and District Lions Club enters its thirty-seventh year of "service" having been chartered in 1973. In that span of time many members have come and gone. Teamwork is one of the keys to the success of the Club and how our Club is perceived in the community is essential to that success. Each member in his or her own way contributes to the success of our Club. We have over the last few years held membership around the twenty in number and those currently as members of the Club, many who undertake more than one office, can look forward to another interesting and eventful year of "service".
